PEOPLE'S BRIEF IN RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S SUPPLEMENT TO MOTION TO QUASH AND DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE STATEMENT OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY This case was bound over on the charge of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Causing Death after preliminary examinations conducted in the 52-1 District Court on September 27, 2019, and October 16, 2019. Defendant  filed a motion to quash on January 21, 2020. The People filed a response on March 16, 2020. Judge Alexander did not rule on
